In Winter's Embrace, my goal was to depict a scene of this Canada Lynx nestled among the snow-laden evergreen trees, embodying the stillness and beauty of a winter landscape. The Lynx, as you might have noticed, has a thick, dense fur, appearing perfectly at home in the frigid environment, its golden eyes alert and focused as it surveys its surroundings. I was hoping to capture both intensity & serenity in this painting as the Lynx embodies the quiet power and grace of nature's wild creatures in their element.
