This is a scene from Judy's wildflower garden. Our home is nestled in a bush and as the sun rises early in the morning there are always many interesting contrasts between the bright cone flowers and the dark shadows cast by the cedars, pines, maple and oak trees surroundoing our property. Bluejays rarely sit still for very long so I thought I would give this one something to focus on while enjoying his garden respite.
