One of the smallest birds of prey. These little birds are often seen perched on telephone lines on the side of the road and very often missed because we think they are just another small bird like a Robin or Mourning Dove, being similar in size. I enjoy doing close ups of Birds of Prey as it allows me the opportunity to focus on their form and features and serves as a foundation for larger works.
